At Biozyra, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items (if opened or used)
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
